We guarantee and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, we gladly will give a full refund of the price of the product. In order to do that we ask for the following: Products must be returned within 30 days of order, the product must be unopened.
If there is clear damage to the product, please send a picture to customerservice@immuse.com within 30 days of order date, and we will send you a replacement. Please include your order number, name, email address, phone number and your reason for returning the product. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
Should you decide to return a product for a refund please send the product back to us within 30 days of your order date. All returns should be mailed to: NutraImmune LLC. 5400 NW 32 Avenue. Miami, FL, 33142. NutraImmune LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with the above requirements. NutraImmune LLC also reserves the right to change the Return and Refund policy at any time.
Refunds will be process 7 days after we receive the return. It will be issued via your original form of payment. If you sent us your return more than 15 days later please e mail us at customerservice@immuse.com
